SignNow pricing starts at $8 a month for Basic, $15 for Business and $30 for Advanced on yearly billing ($96, $180 and $360 a year), and every plan includes unlimited users. The limit is on documents, not people: a yearly account gets up to 100 signature invites a year in total, and a monthly account gets 10 a month. Past that, each extra invite is billed. Enterprise is priced from $1.50 per invite.

signNow sells four plans: Basic at $8 a month, Business at $15 and Advanced at $30 when billed yearly, and Enterprise from $1.50 per signature invite. Every plan includes unlimited users. The yearly price is billed as one payment, so Basic is $96, Business $180 and Advanced $360 a year.

signNow tests different plan names on the same pricing page. The prices stay fixed while the labels change: on 2026-10-07 the US version named the $8, $15 and $30 plans Starter, Professional and Business (with Enterprise at $1.50 an invite), another version named them Business, Business Premium and Enterprise (with Site License at $1.50), and the day before the page showed Basic, Business and Advanced. Go by the price when you compare a quote.
The big change from signNow's older pricing is that the price is no longer per user. A ten person office pays the same $96 for Basic as a sole proprietor. What scales instead is the number of documents you send, which is why the invite allowance below matters more than the plan price.
How many signature invites does SignNow include?
Yearly signNow plans include up to 100 signature invites per account per year, and monthly plans include 10 per account per month. The allowance is shared by everyone on the account, not given to each user. Past it, signNow moves the account to pay-as-you-go and bills each additional invite, so sending does not stop.
signNow's own definition of an invite is broader than a signed contract:
- A request to sign one document, or a group of documents sent together, to one or several recipients is one invite.
- A document a signer declines still counts as a completed invite.
- An invite you cancel before anyone signs still counts.
- A shared signing link with forwarding left open counts every completed signature as a separate invite.
- Merging, downloading, archiving and creating teams do not count.
The pricing page does not print the pay-as-you-go rate for Basic, Business or Advanced. Enterprise starts at $1.50 an invite. Ask for the rate in writing before you buy a year, because past 100 documents it decides your bill more than the plan price does.

Does SignNow charge per user?
No. Every current signNow plan includes unlimited users at no extra charge. Its pricing page says so on each plan card: add unlimited team members to your plan for free. That makes signNow one of the cheapest ways to give a whole office access to e-signing, as long as the office does not send much.
The catch is that unlimited users share one allowance. Ten people on Basic share the same 100 invites a year that one person would get. A team of five where each person sends two documents a week will use the yearly allowance in about ten weeks and pay for every invite after that.
Why is SignNow more expensive month to month?
Paying monthly costs two and a half times as much on Basic ($20 against $8) and swaps the yearly allowance of 100 invites for 10 a month. Business goes from $15 to $30 and Advanced from $30 to $50. signNow advertises savings of up to 60 percent for yearly billing, and on Basic that is the real number.
Monthly billing still has a use. Ten invites a month is 120 a year, slightly more than the yearly plan's 100, and you can stop at any month end. For a team that sends a steady 8 to 10 documents a month and wants no commitment, $240 a year on monthly Basic can be the safer buy.
Which SignNow plan do you need?
Most small offices need Basic; you need Business only for bulk send, signing links or payment collection, and Advanced only for branding, SMS or conditional fields. Signing order, unlimited templates, reminders and the audit trail are already on Basic.

When a flat plan costs less than SignNow
signNow is the cheaper buy below roughly 100 documents a year, and a plan with no document count is the cheaper buy once a small team sends a few documents a week. If extra invites cost $1.50, signNow Basic reaches $288 a year at about 228 invites, roughly 19 documents a month.
SignSend Pro is $288 a year, or $49 a month, for up to 3 people with unlimited documents, reminders, signing order, templates, deadlines and a shared document list. Business is $588 a year for up to 10 people and adds bulk send to 200 recipients and your company name on the signing page and certificate. Nothing is counted per invite, so a declined or cancelled document costs nothing extra.
