Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use SignSend.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use SignSend only for lawful purposes. You may not upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Electronic Signatures
SignSend facilitates electronic signatures in accordance with the ESIGN Act (United States) and eIDAS (European Union). Electronic signatures created through SignSend are legally binding where permitted by law. You are responsible for ensuring electronic signatures are appropriate for your specific use case.
Document Storage
Documents uploaded to SignSend are encrypted and stored securely. We maintain backups but recommend you keep your own copies. We are not liable for data loss beyond reasonable measures.
Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Free plan limitations apply as described on our pricing page.
Limitation of Liability
SignSend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
