SignSend Pro a year billed yearly, for up to 3 people sharing a document list
A SkySlope alternative depends on what you need to replace, because Suite starts at $340 a month while standalone DigiSign costs $75 a year. A single agent who only needs signatures pays less with DigiSign than SignSend, and SkySlope Forms includes DigiSign for $149 a year. SignSend Pro costs $288 a year billed yearly for up to 3 people signing PDFs outside the transaction file. Keep a transaction platform if your brokerage needs forms, broker file review or compliance checklists.
What is a cheaper alternative to SkySlope?
A cheaper alternative to SkySlope depends on the work. DigiSign at $75 a year suits a single agent who only needs signatures. SkySlope Forms at $149 a year includes forms and signing. SignSend Pro at $288 a year billed yearly covers up to 3 people signing office PDFs.

| What you need | What to compare |
|---|---|
| Signatures for a single agent | DigiSign standalone |
| State forms and signatures | SkySlope Forms or dotloop |
| Office PDFs with shared visibility | SignSend Pro |
| Broker review and compliance | A transaction management platform |
Cheaper alternatives to SkySlope are useful only when they preserve the work you need. Our property management signing guide covers that office paperwork. SignSend has no real estate forms library, MLS or zipForm integration, transaction management or broker compliance review.
How much does SkySlope cost?
SkySlope Suite starts at $340 a month, or $4,080 a year at the floor. Its pricing page publishes no seat count or tiers and directs buyers to Request Demo. Forms is listed as included, while DigiSign is an add-on. SkySlope also says no long-term contracts are required.
| SkySlope product | Published price | Buying detail |
|---|---|---|
| Suite | Starting at $340 per month | Request Demo, seats not published |
| DigiSign Professional | $6.25 a month billed annually, $75 a year | Standalone signing |
| Forms | $15.99 a month or $149 a year | DigiSign included per Forms FAQ |
Forms annual billing works out to $12.42 a month, about 22% below its monthly price. That is a different subscription from Suite. DigiSign supports monthly or annual billing according to its subscription FAQ, but the monthly price is not published on the pages checked. Do not treat $6.25 as a month-to-month offer.
Use the Suite pricing page and our SkySlope pricing breakdown alongside your quote. Ask for the covered senders and the signing charge in writing. A brokerage floor cannot establish a per-agent cost without that information.
Is DigiSign included with SkySlope?
DigiSign is sold in three ways, and the bundle matters. SkySlope lists it as an add-on to Suite, the Forms subscription FAQ says DigiSign access is included with Forms, and standalone DigiSign Professional costs $75 a year. A single agent can buy signing without buying the brokerage Suite.
| Buying path | How DigiSign is presented |
|---|---|
| Suite starting at $340 a month | Add-on on the Suite pricing page |
| Forms at $149 a year | Included according to the Forms subscription FAQ |
| Standalone at $75 a year | DigiSign Professional subscription |
This is the important distinction if your broker dropped SkySlope. An agent who needs forms plus signing can pay $149 a year for Forms. An agent who only needs signatures can pay $75 a year for DigiSign. Check whether a member benefit or broker payment already covers Forms before subscribing.
Do not assume these separate product descriptions settle the terms of a Suite quote. Ask how DigiSign access is supplied in your proposed bundle. Standalone Professional includes unlimited envelopes, reusable templates and 24/7 support. Brokerage pricing is available by contacting SkySlope. Its subscription FAQ says monthly and annual plans renew automatically, can be managed or canceled in your account, and retain access to previously signed documents in Completed.
Is SkySlope better than DocuSign?
SkySlope is better suited to a brokerage needing transaction management and file review. DocuSign is an option when the purchase is signing software. For SkySlope vs DocuSign, compare DigiSign with a specific DocuSign plan, rather than comparing the Suite floor with an individual signing subscription that covers a different job.
| Signing plan | Published price | Limit or context |
|---|---|---|
| DigiSign Professional | $75 a year | Unlimited envelopes |
| DocuSign Real Estate Starter | $120 a year | 5 sends a month |
| DocuSign Real Estate | $300 per user a year | Real estate plan |
| DocuSign REALTORS | $240 per user a year | Unlimited envelopes, 1 to 5 users |
SkySlope's comparison page lists DocuSign Personal at $10 per month with 5 envelopes a month and Acrobat E-sign at $20 per month. Those are SkySlope's competitor claims, not descriptions of every DocuSign plan. The real estate prices above were checked in October 2026, along with the Authentisign and dotloop prices below.
Compare existing forms access, sender count and broker review requirements before changing subscriptions.
What do agents use instead of SkySlope?
Agents can compare standalone DigiSign for signatures, SkySlope Forms for forms plus signing, Authentisign, dotloop and DocuSign real estate plans. An agent who needs state forms is better served by SkySlope Forms at $149 a year or dotloop than SignSend. Choose around forms access before comparing signing prices alone.
Authentisign costs $13 a month or $129 a year per agent in Lone Wolf checkout. Our Authentisign pricing guide explains that purchase. Dotloop Premium lists $34.99 a month on its plans page or $344 a year; Teams and Brokers pricing requires contact.
If your broker stopped supplying SkySlope, confirm your remaining member benefits and download the records your office needs before changing workflows. DigiSign's FAQ specifically preserves access to signed documents in Completed after cancellation. That statement should not be stretched into a promise about every Suite file or forms subscription. SignSend is for uploaded PDFs and has no API or ID verification.
What does a 3 person team pay for each SkySlope alternative?
A 3 person team pays $288 a year billed yearly for SignSend Pro, compared with $387 for Authentisign, $720 for DocuSign REALTORS or $1,032 for dotloop Premium when each person buys the listed annual plan. These totals compare selected subscriptions for senders, not equivalent forms libraries or brokerage compliance capabilities.
| Option for 3 people | Annual team cost | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| SignSend Pro | $288 a year billed yearly | One shared plan |
| Authentisign | $387 a year | 3 at $129 each |
| DocuSign REALTORS | $720 a year | 3 at $240 each |
| dotloop Premium | $1,032 a year | 3 at $344 each |
This is where SignSend can suit an office of 2 to 3 people that needs a shared document list for leases, agent independent contractor agreements, referral agreements and listing photography contracts. It is not a claim that SignSend undercuts DigiSign standalone. DigiSign remains cheaper for a single agent who only needs signing, and a team can ask SkySlope for brokerage pricing.
Check SignSend pricing against your sender count. Pro includes unlimited documents and signers, without transaction management or forms.
Can a brokerage send one agreement to every agent at once?
A brokerage can use SignSend Business bulk sending to send a policy update or independent contractor agreement to up to 200 recipients, with one document per recipient. Business costs $99 a month or $588 a year and covers 10 people. It handles signatures, not review of the brokerage's transaction files.
Use bulk document sending when each agent needs a separate agreement rather than putting every agent on the same document. Business also lets you make text and checkbox entries mandatory and adds your company name on the signing page and certificate. Templates keep their fields for repeat sends.
W-9 and onboarding packets, vendor contracts and lease renewals are other office signing jobs. Prepare them as PDFs within the 20MB limit. SignSend signatures are valid under the ESIGN Act and UETA; the signed PDF contains the audit trail and completion certificate. Keep a transaction system for broker file audits, compliance checklists and state forms.
What SignSend covers outside your transaction files
A shared signing account for office paperwork, with these capabilities and limits.
A shared document list
Pro covers up to 3 people sending on one plan. A shared document list helps the office follow agreements without separate signing subscriptions for each sender.
Fields placed on your PDF
Upload a PDF up to 20MB and mark exactly where each person signs, initials and dates it. Sign your own documents in the dashboard when your signature is needed.
Templates that keep their fields
Templates remember the signing layout for recurring leases, referral agreements and vendor contracts. Templates do not supply state real estate forms or legal drafting.
Order, deadlines and reminders
Set signing order, signing deadlines and automatic reminders when signatures need a sequence or your office needs to follow unfinished paperwork.
A record inside the signed PDF
A full audit trail and certificate of completion are printed into the signed PDF. CSV export and audit trail export support recordkeeping. This is a signing record, not broker compliance review.
Bulk sending on Business
Business costs $99 a month or $588 a year for 10 people. Send one document per recipient to up to 200 recipients, use required fields and show your company name on the signing page and certificate.
How to compare before you pay
Start with your actual work, then compare the subscription that covers it.
01
Check what is already covered
Check whether your broker pays for SkySlope or your membership supplies Forms. Agents with either benefit get Forms included, so another forms subscription could duplicate access.
02
Separate signing from file review
List the documents you send and the files your broker reviews. A signature tool cannot replace transaction management, state forms or a compliance checklist just because it costs less.
03
Confirm the Suite quote
Ask which people the quote covers and how DigiSign is priced. The Suite floor has no published seat count or tiers, and DigiSign is labeled an add-on.
04
Try the actual paperwork
A new SignSend account gets one document to try, once. Use a representative PDF, check where each person signs and inspect the signed record before choosing a paid plan.
SignSend Pro compared with SkySlope Suite
These buy different capabilities. Suite wins where the brokerage needs a transaction platform and broker review.

Who should consider a separate signing account
An agent whose broker dropped SkySlope
Check Forms benefits first. If you need only signing, DigiSign at $75 a year costs less than SignSend. If state forms matter, start with Forms or dotloop.
A team sharing office paperwork
Pro covers up to 3 people with a shared document list. Use it for referral agreements and agent contractor agreements while retaining the transaction system your broker needs.
A property management office
Send leases, renewals and vendor agreements as PDFs. Templates keep the signing layout, while signing order and reminders help the office follow unfinished documents.
A brokerage sending agent agreements
Use Business bulk sending for separate copies of a policy update or ICA. Keep compliance review in the brokerage platform and the signing record with the signed agreement.
