Free trial on both plans in Lone Wolf's checkout

Authentisign pricing is $13 a month or $129 a year for one agent when you buy it directly from Lone Wolf, and both plans start with a 14-day free trial. Those are the two prices in Lone Wolf's own online checkout. Many US agents never pay either one, because their MLS, association or brokerage already supplies Authentisign as a member benefit or as part of Lone Wolf Transactions.

So the real cost depends on how you get it. Check your member portal first. If Authentisign is not there, $129 a year is the cheapest way for a single agent to buy it. For a team that also signs paperwork outside the forms system, a flat account can cost less than one license per agent, and the math is below.

How much does Authentisign cost?

Authentisign costs $13 a month or $129 a year per agent when bought directly. Those are the only two prices in Lone Wolf's checkout, each with a 14-day free trial, and neither has a per-signature charge. Agents who get Authentisign through an MLS, association or a brokerage on Lone Wolf Transactions pay nothing extra for it.

The software directories that rank for this search mostly print "starting at $13" with no period, or the $129 year with no monthly option. The table above is what Lone Wolf's own checkout sells today.

Is Authentisign free?

Authentisign is free to many US agents, but not to everyone. Lone Wolf lets MLSs and associations "deliver trusted eSignature tools at no extra cost to your members", and brokerages that buy Lone Wolf Transactions get it bundled. If neither applies to you, it costs $13 a month or $129 a year after a 14-day trial.

"Free" here means someone else already paid for it. That is worth knowing before you buy anything, because an agent who signs up for a separate signing subscription while their board supplies Authentisign is paying twice for the same job.

Authentisign monthly or annual, which costs less?

The annual plan costs less if you keep Authentisign for more than ten months. Twelve monthly payments come to $156, the annual plan is $129, so the year saves $27, about 17 percent. Ten months of monthly billing is $130, which is already more than the full year.

A newly licensed agent who is not sure the business will last a season should start monthly. Anyone with a pipeline should take the year.

What does Authentisign cost for a real estate team?

Authentisign for a team costs $129 per agent a year if every agent buys their own license, so three agents pay $387 and five pay $645. Lone Wolf routes teams and brokers to a demo for anything beyond that, and company pricing through Transactions is quoted, not published.

3$387$720$288 (Pro)
5$645$1,200$588 (Business)

DocuSign's REALTORS plan is $240 a user a year for NAR members, capped at five users, and its Real Estate plan is $300. For one agent, Authentisign is the cheapest of the three. From three senders up, a flat account is cheaper, provided you do not need the forms integration for that paperwork.

How do I sign up for Authentisign?

You sign up for Authentisign in Lone Wolf's online store. Choose the agent or the all-industries path from Lone Wolf's eSignature page, enter your name and email, pick the monthly or annual plan, and the 14-day trial starts before the first charge. If you already use TransactionDesk, the store link on that page sells the $129 year with a 30-day trial.

Before you finish checkout, confirm with your board that you are not already covered. Lone Wolf supplies Authentisign to a large share of US agents through associations and MLSs, and a paid license on top of that buys you nothing new.

Is Authentisign worth $129 a year?

Authentisign is worth $129 a year for a solo agent who fills purchase agreements in zipForm or TransactionDesk and is not covered by their board. The automatic signature blocks on those forms save real time, and the price is lower than any DocuSign real estate plan with more than five sends a month.

It is a weaker buy for the paperwork around the deal. Property managers signing leases, team leaders sending independent contractor and referral agreements, and brokers onboarding agents all send PDFs that never sit in a forms library. Paying $129 per person for that is where a flat account wins. SignSend Pro covers up to three people for $288 a year with unlimited documents, templates that keep their fields, signing order and automatic reminders.

Authentisign vs DocuSign pricing for real estate agents

Authentisign is cheaper than every DocuSign real estate plan except Real Estate Starter, and Starter only allows five sends a month. DocuSign charges $120 a year for Starter, $300 per user for Real Estate and $240 per user for the NAR-only REALTORS plan, all billed annually. Authentisign is $129 a year with no send cap listed.

The full feature comparison, including forms, lender approvals and what each one will not do, is in our Authentisign vs DocuSign comparison, and the DocuSign side is broken down on DocuSign pricing for real estate agents.

What an Authentisign license buys

Read from Lone Wolf's checkout listing and its eSignature product page.

One agent, one license

Both the $13 monthly and the $129 annual plan are a single subscription in Lone Wolf's store. A team buys one per agent unless the brokerage arranges a company deal through Lone Wolf sales.

Built into Lone Wolf Transactions

Authentisign is the signing tool inside Transactions in both the TransactionDesk and zipForm editions, so forms filled there go straight to signature without an export.

No metered signature count

Lone Wolf's product page lists no limit on signatures, and the checkout has no per-envelope price. You pay for the license, not for each send.

Automatic signature blocks

Lone Wolf says Authentisign places signature blocks and pre-fills fields automatically on real estate forms, which is most of the time saved on a purchase agreement.

Lender approvals

Lone Wolf states ESIGN compliance plus approval from Fannie Mae and FHA, which matters on financed deals where the lender reviews how documents were signed.

Two storefronts, two trials

The Lone Wolf checkout gives 14 days free on either plan. The TransactionDesk store link on Lone Wolf's eSignature page sells the same $129 year next to a separate free 30-day trial.

How to work out what Authentisign will cost you

Four checks, in this order, before you enter a card.

01

Look in your member portal

Log in to your MLS or association portal and search for Authentisign, Transactions, TransactionDesk or zipForm. If it is there, your cost is already covered by dues.

02

Ask your broker

Brokerages that buy Lone Wolf Transactions get Authentisign with it. A two-minute question can save you $129 a year.

03

Pick the billing cycle

If you are paying yourself, $129 a year beats $13 a month by $27. Monthly only wins if you might stop within ten months.

04

Count the people and the paperwork

Multiply by the agents who send. Then add the documents that never touch your forms system, like leases and contractor agreements, which need a signing tool too.

Who is pricing Authentisign right now

A new agent who just left a brokerage

The old brokerage's Transactions account is gone and so is the signing tool. The question is whether to buy Authentisign back at $129 or move to something that also handles non-forms paperwork.

A team leader with three to five agents

Each agent buying a license adds up to $387 or $645 a year, before anyone signs a lease or a referral agreement. A single team account is often cheaper.

A property manager

Leases, renewals and vendor contracts are PDFs, not purchase agreements. A forms-integrated tool adds little, and a flat account for the office covers all of it.

A small brokerage reviewing its stack

The broker is checking which agents already get Authentisign from the board and which pay for it, to stop paying twice for the same signing tool.

Authentisign pricing questions

How much does Authentisign cost?

Authentisign costs $13 a month or $129 a year per agent when you buy it directly from Lone Wolf, with a 14-day free trial on both plans. Many agents get it at no extra cost through their MLS, association or a brokerage that uses Lone Wolf Transactions.

Is Authentisign free?

Authentisign is free to agents whose MLS, association or brokerage already supplies it, which Lone Wolf offers as a member benefit. Otherwise it is $13 a month or $129 a year after a 14-day trial.

How much is Authentisign per year?

Authentisign is $129 a year per agent on the annual plan. Paying monthly for a full year costs $156, so the annual plan saves $27.

Does Authentisign have a free trial?

Yes. Lone Wolf's checkout gives a 14-day free trial on both the monthly and annual plan. The TransactionDesk store sells a separate free 30-day Authentisign trial next to the $129 annual license.

Does Authentisign charge per signature?

No. The checkout prices a license, not envelopes, and Lone Wolf's product page lists no limit on signatures.

Is Authentisign cheaper than DocuSign?

For one agent, yes in most cases. Authentisign is $129 a year, while DocuSign charges $240 a year for its REALTORS plan and $300 for Real Estate. Only DocuSign Real Estate Starter is cheaper at $120, and it allows five sends a month.

How much does Authentisign cost for a team?

At $129 per agent, three agents pay $387 a year and five pay $645. Brokerage pricing through Lone Wolf Transactions is quoted by Lone Wolf sales, not published.

Is Authentisign part of Lone Wolf?

Yes. Authentisign is Lone Wolf Technologies' e-signature product and the signing tool inside Lone Wolf Transactions, in both the TransactionDesk and zipForm editions.

What is a cheaper alternative to Authentisign for a team?

For three or more people who also sign leases, contractor and referral agreements, a flat account is usually cheaper. SignSend Pro is $288 a year for up to 3 people and Business is $588 a year for up to 10, with unlimited documents. It has no real estate forms library, so agents filling zipForm contracts still benefit from Authentisign for those.

Can I use Authentisign outside real estate?

Yes. Lone Wolf sells Authentisign through an all-industries path in its checkout at the same $13 a month or $129 a year, though the product is built around real estate forms.
