SignWell Coupon Code and the Discount That Is Real
SignWell prints no coupon code on its pricing page or in its terms. The only saving it publishes is the yearly billing rate, and the maths behind it is smaller than the headline.
Or stop hunting for a code: SignSend is $49 a month, or $288 a year, for the whole account. First document free, no card.

The only refund window, and only if no document was signed on the subscription
There is no SignWell coupon code on SignWell's own pages. Its pricing page and its terms of service list no promo code, no discount code and no code field, and the only saving SignWell publishes is the yearly billing rate: Light at $10 a month instead of $12, and Business at $30 instead of $36.
That saving is exactly one month in six. Ten against twelve is 16.7 percent, and thirty against thirty-six is the same 16.7 percent, which is two free months a year on either plan. It applies automatically when you pick the yearly toggle and needs nothing pasted anywhere.
If a coupon site shows you a code for SignWell, treat it the way you would treat any code you cannot find in the vendor's own pages: try it at checkout, and if it does nothing, you have lost a minute and not a dollar. What matters more is the shape of the bill. SignWell charges per sender, so the number you should be optimising is the sender count, not the percentage.
Below is the full arithmetic for a team of one, three, five and ten, the refund and trial terms that actually govern a purchase, and an honest look at when a flat account such as SignSend costs less.
Is there a SignWell coupon code?
Not one that SignWell publishes. We read the pricing page and the terms of service, and neither mentions a coupon field, a promo code or a discount code. The yearly toggle is the only reduction on the page, and it is automatic.
That is worth stating plainly because searching for a code returns coupon aggregator pages, and an aggregator can show a code without SignWell having issued one. The reliable test is simple: a real code changes the number on the checkout screen before you pay. If it does not, you have not saved anything, and you should cancel the purchase attempt rather than pay and hope for a credit.
Plans themselves are modest. The Free plan costs nothing, Light is $10 a month billed yearly, Business is $30 a month billed yearly, and Enterprise is quoted. If you want a negotiated price, Enterprise is the only tier that sells that way, and it targets teams of fifty or more.
What does SignWell cost after the yearly saving?
Here is the yearly total, with the yearly toggle on, for the team sizes people search for. Extra senders are $10 a month on Light and $12 a month on Business, billed yearly.
| Senders | SignWell Light a year | SignWell Business a year | SignSend a year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $120 | $360 | $288 (Pro, up to 3 people) |
| 3 | $360 | $360 | $288 |
| 5 | $600 | $648 | $588 (Business, up to 10 people) |
| 10 | $1,200 | $1,368 | $588 |
Read the first row honestly: one sender who needs bulk send and no more is cheaper on SignWell Light at $120. The picture flips as the team grows, because SignWell adds a seat each time and SignSend does not.
Does SignWell's yearly discount really save 20 percent?
No. The two prices on the same card are $10 and $12, and $30 and $36. Each gap is one sixth, which is 16.7 percent of the monthly price. If you see 20 percent, it comes from comparing the other way round: $2 off $10 is 20 percent of the yearly price, and that is a different quantity from what you save on the monthly one.
Neither figure is wrong, but they are not the same claim. For budgeting, use dollars: $24 a year on Light, $72 on Business, per plan and not per sender.
Can you get a SignWell refund if the price surprises you?
Rarely. SignWell's terms say it generally does not issue refunds. It will consider one only when the request comes within the first 30 days of the subscription and no documents were executed on it. A single signed document ends the eligibility.
Free trials are discretionary: the terms say SignWell may offer one for a limited period and can change or stop the offer at any time. Do not assume a trial exists for the plan you want. If a trial does start, the terms say you are charged the day after it ends when billing details were entered, so set a reminder before that date.
This matters more than a code. A yearly purchase is paid in advance, and a team that signs its first document the same day has used up its refund window. Test the workflow on the Free plan first.
When is a flat plan cheaper than any SignWell coupon?
From about the third sender, on price alone. SignSend Pro is $49 a month or $288 a year for the whole account, covering up to 3 people with unlimited documents. Business is $99 a month or $588 a year for up to 10 people. There is no per-sender add-on, so a hire does not change the invoice.
SignWell is stronger in several places, and the table above says so: it has an API on every tier, saved document layouts, SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA support, and accepts more than PDFs. If any of those decides your purchase, a coupon on a flat plan is beside the point. If your need is to get PDFs signed, with a clean audit trail and certificate on each, and your team is more than two people, the flat account is the cheaper way to do it.
What should a team of three to ten do instead of hunting a code?
Spend the same ten minutes on the sender list. A team of eight people where two start documents needs two seats, not eight. If four genuinely send, the yearly SignWell Business bill is $360 plus one extra sender at $144, which is $504.
Then price one flat alternative against that number. The comparison takes a minute and replaces a coupon search that, on the evidence of SignWell's own pages, has nothing to find.
Where a lower SignWell price actually comes from
Four levers. None of them is a code you paste at checkout.
The yearly toggle, worth two months a year
Light drops from $12 to $10 a month and Business from $36 to $30. That is $24 a year on Light and $72 on Business. You pay twelve months upfront, so it is a cash commitment, not a discount on a rolling plan.
Stay on Free if three documents a month is enough
The Free plan sends three documents a month from one sender, with an audit trail and no watermark. If your volume is genuinely that low, the cheapest SignWell is the one with no bill.
Count senders, not employees
Only people who send need a seat. Anyone who just signs does not. Trimming a team of eight senders to four saves more than any promo percentage would.
Pick the tier by feature, not by habit
Bulk send and template links arrive at Light. Custom branding, conditional fields, data validation and in-person signing need Business at three times the price. Buy Business only for those.
How to get the lowest SignWell price that exists
Work through these in order. The third step usually decides it.
01
List the people who send
SignWell bills per sender. Write down who actually starts documents, because every later number multiplies by this one.
02
Decide if Free covers you
Three documents a month and one template. If you pass that in an ordinary month, move on.
03
Price Light and Business at your sender count
Light includes one sender and adds $10 per extra. Business includes three and adds $12 per extra. For three senders the two plans cost the same, $360 a year, so Business wins on features.
04
Check the flat alternative
A flat account prices the team, not the person. Compare your SignWell total with $288 a year for up to 3 people or $588 for up to 10.
SignWell against a flat-rate signing account
Both models are honest. This is the structural difference, so you can tell which one fits how you send. SignWell wins several of these rows outright.

Who is searching for a SignWell coupon code
A small office at the Light checkout
Three people, the yearly toggle selected, a code box assumed to exist. The exact answer is that there is none, and the move is to compare against Business before paying $360.
A freelancer past three documents a month
The Free plan has stopped working. Light at $120 a year is the right answer for one person, and a code would save little against it.
An operations lead auditing seats
Several licensed senders have not sent anything in months. Removing them saves $120 to $144 a year each, more than any promo would.
A growing team heading past three senders
Each new sender adds $10 to $12 a month. At this point the flat plan is worth pricing before the next hire.
SignWell coupon and discount questions, answered
Is there a SignWell coupon code?
SignWell publishes no coupon, promo or discount code on its pricing page or in its terms of service. The one reduction it offers is the yearly billing rate, which takes Light from $12 to $10 a month and Business from $36 to $30. Any other code would need to change the checkout total to be real.
Does SignWell have a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs $0, includes one sender, one template and three documents a month, with an audit trail and an API. It stops at three documents, so a team that sends weekly will need Light at $10 a month billed yearly.
How much does SignWell cost per user?
Light includes one sender and adds $10 a month for each extra sender, billed yearly. Business includes three senders and adds $12 a month for each extra, billed yearly. Monthly billing costs $12 for Light and $36 for Business.
Does SignWell offer refunds?
Only in narrow cases. The terms say refunds are generally not issued, but one may be considered if the request is made within 30 days of the subscription and no documents were executed on it. Once a document is signed, the window effectively closes.
Is SignWell cheaper than a flat-rate signing account?
For one sender, often yes: Light is $120 a year. From three senders upward the flat account wins on price. SignSend Pro is $288 a year for up to 3 people and Business is $588 a year for up to 10, against $360 and $1,368 respectively on SignWell Business for those sizes.
What is a cheaper SignWell alternative for a team?
A flat account is the cheapest route for teams of three or more, because the price covers the team rather than each sender. SignSend sends PDFs for signature with an audit trail and certificate on every document, and your first document is free.
