Dropbox Sign Discount and Dropbox Sign Coupon Code Offers That Still Work

We ran the two codes printed in Dropbox Sign's own pages through its pricing feed. One is expired, one is invalid. The discount that works is the annual toggle, worth 17% to 25% depending on the plan.

Or skip the hunt. SignSend is $49 a month, or $288 a year, for up to 3 people with unlimited documents. Your first document is free, no card.

Codes from Dropbox Sign's own pages that its pricing feed still accepts

25%

Largest annual billing saving, Essentials at $15 instead of $20 a month

$600

Cheapest Standard bill a year, because Standard sells at least 2 seats

$10.05

A coupon price hidden in the pricing page that nobody without a code is shown

There is no working Dropbox Sign coupon code for US buyers right now. We took the two codes that appear in Dropbox Sign's own pages and ran them through the pricing feed its checkout reads: STANDARDTEAMS70 comes back as "This coupon is no longer valid" and Enterprise994 as "Invalid coupon code". The discount that does work is the annual billing toggle. Essentials drops from $20 to $15 a month, Standard from $30 to $25 per user, and Premium from $50 to $40 per user.

Coupon sites quote 30% and 70% off. Both figures are real, both come from Dropbox Sign offer pages, and both expired: the 70% offer on December 31, 2022 and the 30% sales offer on April 30, 2023. Below is every discount we found, what it is worth in dollars for a one, two and three person team, and the point where a flat account costs less than any of them.

Is there a Dropbox Sign coupon code?

No working one for US buyers on October 14, 2026. Dropbox Sign's checkout does accept coupon codes, through a coupon_code parameter on the pricing page, and the pricing feed behind that page tells you exactly what it thinks of each code you send it. So instead of copying codes from aggregator sites, we tested the two that appear in Dropbox Sign's own pages.

CodeWhere it appearsWhat it promisedPricing feed response
STANDARDTEAMS70Dropbox Sign Standard for Dropbox Teams promo page70% off the first year of Standard, up to 4 licensesThis coupon is no longer valid
Enterprise994A banner in the pricing page code99% off HelloSign Enterprise for 4 monthsInvalid coupon code

The two answers are different on purpose. "No longer valid" means Dropbox Sign recognises the code and it has expired, which matches the December 31, 2022 deadline in its own terms. "Invalid" means the system does not recognise it at all. Neither one changes the price you are quoted.

If a coupon site asks for your email before it shows you a Dropbox Sign code, the code is almost always one of these two, or the annual toggle described below.

Does Dropbox Sign have a discount?

Yes, one. Paying for a year up front is the only discount a new US buyer can take today, and Dropbox Sign shows it on the pricing page as the billed yearly price. Here is what it is worth on each plan, read from Dropbox Sign's US pricing feed.

PlanMonth to monthBilled yearlySaving a yearDiscount
Essentials, 1 user$20 a month ($240 a year)$180 a year ($15 a month)$6025%
Standard, 2 users minimum$30 per user a month ($720 a year for 2)$300 per user ($600 a year for 2)$12017%
Premium, 5 users minimum$50 per user a month ($3,000 a year for 5)$480 per user ($2,400 a year for 5)$60020%

Premium shows Get a custom quote on the pricing page. The per-user figures above come from the self-serve pricing data the page loads, so a sales quote may differ.

The coupon site headlines of 30% and 70% are bigger than any of these because they were stacked on top of the annual price. Both offers are over, so the annual column is the floor.

How much does Dropbox Sign cost per month?

Dropbox Sign costs $15 a month for Essentials billed yearly, or $20 month to month, for one user. Standard is $25 per user a month billed yearly, or $30 month to month, and you cannot buy fewer than two seats. Premium starts at five seats and is sold by quote.

The seat minimum is what decides most small-team bills. A two-person office on Standard pays $50 a month on an annual plan or $60 a month on a monthly one, before anyone sends a document. A third sender takes it to $75 or $90. Dropbox Sign's pricing feed also lists a Free tier capped at 3 signature requests, which the pricing page itself does not display; it is for trying the product, not for running a business on it.

Is Dropbox Sign cheaper billed annually?

Yes, by 17% to 25% depending on the plan, and the saving is largest on Essentials. The catch is the terms around it. Dropbox Sign subscriptions renew automatically, and both its pricing page and its offer terms say previous charges are not refunded when you cancel unless the law requires it.

So the honest comparison is not $180 against $240. It is $180 committed today against $20 a month you can stop in any month. If there is a real chance you stop sending documents within nine months, monthly billing is the cheaper choice: nine months at $20 is $180, the same as the full year paid up front.

Why do the coupon prices on the Dropbox Sign pricing page not show up?

Because they are hidden unless your visit carries a valid coupon. The pricing page has two versions of each price block. The normal one shows $15 and $25. The coupon one shows $10.05 a month ($120.60 a year) for Essentials and $17.50 per user ($420 a year for two) for Standard, and the page's own style rules hide it whenever the coupon flag is false, which it is for every visitor without a code.

Two details make those numbers worth knowing. They are the source of the "Dropbox Sign from $10" lines some deal sites print. And they are not even one consistent offer: $10.05 is 33% off $15, while $17.50 is 30% off $25, and the offer terms printed beside them describe 30% off the first year of an annual plan or 15% off the first three months of a monthly one.

Does Dropbox Sign offer a free trial?

Yes. Every paid Dropbox Sign plan starts with a 30 day free trial, and Dropbox Sign's FAQ says that if you end the trial within 30 days it will not charge you. That is longer than most e-signature trials and it is worth more than any expired coupon: thirty days is enough to send a real month of contracts and see whether you need Standard's templates and bulk send or only Essentials.

Set a reminder for day 28. The trial converts to a paid subscription that renews automatically, and once it has converted the no-refund terms apply.

When is SignSend cheaper than Dropbox Sign?

As soon as a second person sends documents. Dropbox Sign charges per sender with a two-seat floor on Standard, while SignSend charges one price for the account, so the gap opens at two people and widens at three.

SendersDropbox Sign, billed yearlySignSend, billed yearlyCheaper
1$180 on Essentials$288 on ProDropbox Sign by $108
2$600 on Standard$288 on ProSignSend by $312
3$900 on Standard$288 on ProSignSend by $612
4 to 10$1,200 to $3,000 on Standard$588 on BusinessSignSend by $612 to $2,412

If you send alone, stay on Dropbox Sign Essentials; nothing here beats $180 a year for one person. If you rely on its Salesforce or HubSpot integration, that is also a reason to stay, because SignSend does not offer one. If two or three of you send contracts, the expired 70% code would only have made the first year of Standard cheaper than SignSend; every year after it would have cost more.

Where Dropbox Sign discounts actually come from

Six things coupon pages call a discount. Only the first one is available to a new US buyer today.

The annual toggle

The one discount anybody can take. Essentials is $180 a year instead of $240, Standard $300 per user instead of $360, Premium $480 per user instead of $600. That is 25%, 17% and 20%.

The 70% Dropbox customer offer

70% off the first year of Standard for Dropbox customers, code STANDARDTEAMS70. Dropbox's own terms say it was redeemable until December 31, 2022, and the pricing feed now answers "This coupon is no longer valid".

The 30% sales team offer

30% off a year of Standard billed annually, or the first three months billed monthly, for self-serve teams of 2 to 4 seats. Redeemable until April 30, 2023, according to the offer terms still printed on the page.

The hidden coupon prices

The pricing page carries $10.05 for Essentials and $17.50 per user for Standard in blocks that stay hidden unless a valid coupon is attached to your visit. Scrapers read them; buyers never see them.

The Enterprise994 banner

A banner in the page code advertises 99% off HelloSign Enterprise for 4 months. The pricing feed rejects the code as invalid, and HelloSign Enterprise is no longer a plan Dropbox sells by that name.

Education discounts

Dropbox's help center lists discounts for educational institutions on Dropbox team accounts, arranged through the account admin. It is a Dropbox storage policy and does not name a Dropbox Sign coupon.

How to get the lowest Dropbox Sign price that exists

Work through these in order before you spend time on coupon sites.

01

Count who actually sends

Only senders need a paid seat on Dropbox Sign; people who just sign never pay. If one person sends everything, Essentials is the plan, and nothing in the discount list beats it.

02

Check the template count

Essentials includes 5 templates and Standard 15. If your team reuses more than five forms, you are on Standard whether you like it or not, and Standard means two seats minimum.

03

Take the annual price only if you can commit

Dropbox Sign renews automatically and says previous charges are not refunded when you cancel unless the law requires it. The annual saving is real, but it is a twelve-month commitment.

04

Use the 30 day trial before paying

Every paid plan starts with a 30 day trial. Dropbox Sign says it will not charge you if you end the trial within those 30 days, which is the closest thing to a free month it offers.

Who is searching for a Dropbox Sign discount

An office at renewal

The Standard invoice is due and someone was asked to find a code first. There is none that works. The real question is whether the team still needs two paid senders.

A Dropbox customer

You pay for Dropbox already and remember a 70% offer for adding signatures. That offer ended on December 31, 2022 and its code is now rejected.

A founder inside the trial

Twenty days into the 30 day trial, comparing monthly and annual. Count senders and templates now, because the plan you pick decides the bill more than any discount.

Dropbox Sign coupon and discount questions

Is there a Dropbox Sign coupon code for 2026?

No working one for US buyers. The two codes found in Dropbox Sign's own pages are rejected by its pricing feed: STANDARDTEAMS70 as no longer valid and Enterprise994 as invalid. The discount that works is annual billing, worth 17% to 25%.

Does Dropbox Sign have a promo code?

Not one that is open today. Dropbox Sign has run promo codes, including 70% off Standard for Dropbox customers and 30% off for small sales teams, and both expired by April 30, 2023. Coupon sites that still list them are copying old offers.

How do I apply a Dropbox Sign coupon code?

Dropbox Sign applies codes through a coupon_code parameter on its pricing and plan selection links, which is how its own promo pages passed them. If a code is valid, the pricing page switches to the discounted price blocks. If it is not, the feed returns an error and the normal price stays.

What is the Dropbox Sign 70% off offer?

It was 70% off the first year of Dropbox Sign Standard for Dropbox customers, for self-serve subscriptions up to 4 licenses. Dropbox's terms say it was redeemable until December 31, 2022, and the code now returns This coupon is no longer valid.

Is HelloSign cheaper than Dropbox Sign?

They are the same product. HelloSign was renamed Dropbox Sign, and the pricing page still loads its prices from both app.hellosign.com and app.sign.dropbox.com. A HelloSign coupon is a Dropbox Sign coupon, and the only one in the page code, Enterprise994, is rejected.

Does Dropbox Sign give nonprofit or education discounts?

Dropbox's help center lists discounts for educational institutions on Dropbox team accounts, arranged through the team admin. Dropbox Sign's pricing page does not publish a nonprofit or education price, so ask sales and get any discount in writing.

Can I get a refund from Dropbox Sign?

Generally no. Dropbox Sign's offer terms say previous charges are not refunded when you cancel unless legally required, and subscriptions renew automatically. End the 30 day trial before it converts if you are not going to keep the plan.

Does Dropbox Sign charge the people who sign?

No. Only senders need a paid seat. Signers receive a link and sign without an account or a charge, which is the same on SignSend.

What is the cheapest way to use Dropbox Sign?

For one sender, Essentials billed yearly at $180 a year. For two or more, Standard billed yearly at $300 per user, with a two-user minimum. If two or three people send, a flat account like SignSend Pro at $288 a year costs less than either.
