WaiverForever costs $19 a month for Essential, $39 for Standard or $129 for Scale, plus metered usage after the first 50 waivers. How much does WaiverForever cost?

Operations lead reviewing a printed software license quote beside a stack of supplier contracts

WaiverForever costs a base subscription plus usage, so the monthly bill depends on submissions as well as the plan. Essential starts at $19, Standard at $39 and Scale at $129. The first 50 waivers are included on paid plans, with progressively lower marginal charges after that.

Waivers per monthEssential totalStandard total
100$24$44
300$44$64
500$60$80
1,000$100$120
2,500$196$216
5,000$356$376

Totals combine the monthly base fee and Flexible Usage Charge. Essential and Standard use the same usage rates. No yearly discount is assumed.

Does WaiverForever charge per waiver?

Yes, WaiverForever charges per waiver after the 50 included with a paid plan. The rates are progressive, so reaching a cheaper tier changes the price of subsequent submissions rather than repricing the entire month. Your WaiverForever price per waiver therefore differs from your average cost including the subscription.

Monthly submissionsMarginal price per waiver

301 to 1,000$0.08
1,001 to 5,000$0.064
Above 5,000$0.05

Scale discounts usage by a further 15 percent. Contact WaiverForever above 20,000 monthly submissions.

Is WaiverForever free?

WaiverForever has a Free Starter plan with 20 free submissions a month, ways to earn extra submissions and prepaid packs available. Pack prices are not published on the pricing page. The 50 included submissions belong to paid plans, so keep those allowances separate when comparing your options.

How many tablets and templates does each WaiverForever plan allow?

Essential allows 1 offline device and 3 templates, Standard allows 10 devices and 25 templates, and Scale allows 70 devices and unlimited templates. An offline device means a mobile device running the client app. Browser signing is not limited by this count, even when used on a tablet.

A template is a blank waiver. Collecting 3 different waivers from one customer requires 3 templates. Historical submission storage is unlimited on all paid plans.

Does WaiverForever offer a yearly plan or discount?

WaiverForever offers yearly billing through the plan and billing page after signup, but its pricing page does not publish a yearly discount. Ask for the annual subscription total before comparing it with monthly billing. Keep the base fee and Flexible Usage Charge separate when estimating what your venue will pay.

What does WaiverForever cost for a seasonal business?

WaiverForever charges no usage fee in a month with no waivers, but an active paid subscription still has its base fee. You can cancel any time or switch to the free plan, with no long-term contract. An Essential month with 500 waivers costs $60 during the operating season.

WaiverForever vs Smartwaiver pricing at the same volume

WaiverForever can cost less between Smartwaiver volume bands, but Smartwaiver costs less at some counts. Essential is $60 at 500 waivers against Smartwaiver Business at $155. At 100 waivers, Smartwaiver Basic is $19 against Essential at $24. Standard changes the comparison again because its base fee is higher.

Where a flat rate signing account fits instead

SignSend Pro costs $49 a month or $288 a year billed yearly for up to 3 people, with unlimited documents and signers. A public signing link comes from a one-signer template. Post it online or print its QR code at the desk so each visitor signs their own waiver copy.

Copies land in your document list. Turning the link off closes it. Upload your own PDF, up to 20MB. Every signed PDF carries an audit trail with times and IP addresses and a certificate. Finished files are digitally sealed and anyone can verify them.

SignSend has no tablet kiosk mode, offline signing, ID scanning, waiver form builder, booking or CRM integrations, or API. WaiverForever offers kiosk and offline capture, a form builder, check-in waivers, auto-expire waivers and booking integrations such as MindBody. Seasonal kayak rental

Months with no waivers have no usage charge. Cancel any time or switch to the free plan. Keeping a paid subscription active means paying its base.

Studio with a small monthly waiver count

Compare Essential with Free Starter and its 20 included submissions. Earned submissions or prepaid packs may cover additional volume, but pack prices are not published.

Trampoline park using several app tablets

WaiverForever Standard is the right published tier when several app tablets and separate staff logins are required within its limits. Its $39 base buys operational capacity, with waiver usage added.

Common questions about WaiverForever pricing

How much does WaiverForever cost per month?

WaiverForever costs $19 for Essential, $39 for Standard or $129 for Scale each month, plus usage after 50 waivers. Essential totals $60 at 500 submissions and Standard totals $80. Pick the base plan by device, template and staff requirements, then calculate usage for your actual month.

What happens after 50 waivers on WaiverForever?

On a paid plan, submissions after the first 50 enter the usage meter. Submissions 51 to 300 cost $0.10 each, 301 to 1,000 cost $0.08, and 1,001 to 5,000 cost $0.064. Above 5,000 the rate is $0.05 before the Scale discount. Contact WaiverForever above 20,000 submissions a month.

Can I cancel WaiverForever anytime?

Yes, WaiverForever has no long-term contract and lets you cancel any time or switch to the free plan. A month with no waivers has no usage charge. If you keep a paid subscription active, its base fee still belongs in your budget, even during the off season.

Does WaiverForever have a money back guarantee?

WaiverForever lists a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all plans. That guarantee is separate from the option to cancel any time or switch to Free Starter. If you need details about a particular payment, ask their team how the guarantee applies before subscribing.

Is WaiverForever cheaper than Smartwaiver?

Sometimes, depending on volume and the WaiverForever plan your operation needs. At 500 waivers, Essential costs $60 and Standard $80 against Smartwaiver Business at $155. At 100, Smartwaiver Basic costs $19 against Essential at $24. Compare tablets and staff access alongside those bills, since the feature allowances differ.

What is an offline device in WaiverForever?

An offline device is each mobile device running the WaiverForever client app. Essential allows 1, Standard 10 and Scale 70. Browser signing is not subject to that device limit. Count mobile devices running the app, even if your venue normally has internet, rather than counting only devices used during an outage.

Does the Essential plan include digital signatures?

Essential includes electronic signatures, while the separately named digital signature feature starts on Standard. Those labels describe different entries on the feature list, so Essential still collects signatures. If your insurer or internal process requires a particular signature record, ask WaiverForever to show the output from the plan you intend to buy.

Is there a WaiverForever plan for nonprofits?

Ask WaiverForever sales whether it offers nonprofit terms. Do not assume your organization receives a discount or a different allowance from the published plans. Provide your monthly submissions, app devices, templates and team requirements, then compare any written offer with the published base fees and Flexible Usage Charge.

Can I use WaiverForever for free every month?

Free Starter includes 20 free submissions each month, with ways to earn extra submissions and prepaid packs available. The pricing page does not publish pack prices, so do not assume a cost for extra capacity. Compare those options with paid plans, which include 50 submissions before the usage meter begins.

Does Scale make every waiver cheaper?

Scale reduces usage charges by 15 percent, but its $129 monthly base can still make the total higher. At 1,000 waivers, the $81 usage charge becomes $81 × 0.85, making the bill about $197.85. Essential costs $100 and Standard $120 at that count, so compare the whole bill.
